Guest Ratings & Reviews
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. Despite the location not being very close to the city center, the service and facilities made up for it. The rooms, while lacking a window, were cozy and well-equipped with a kettle and fridge. The supportive and friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, offering free rides and assistance with organizing activities. Dining options were a bit limited, but the overall experience was good.
During my stay, the hotel was in a quiet area of the city, and while it was close to all sightseeing places, it was over a kilometer to the tourist bar area, which made me feel unsafe walking back at night alone. The lady owner, despite not speaking much English, was really friendly and apologetic for a mistake but could have been more helpful or available. Having breakfast included was convenient, but the service was a bit strange, and not vegetarian-friendly, turning up at random times.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, albeit a bit off the main road, good for visiting the genocide museum. The lady owner was very friendly and helpful, yet some aspects were unreliable. The dining experience fell short with limited breakfast options, but the service overall was friendly and helpful.
I found the hotel to be quite small but fitting for the price paid. It had some issues like missing plaster and tiles in the rooms, plus a lingering cigarette smell and outdated towels, yet it met our expectations for the budget.
The hotel was not as clean as expected, with some spiders and dust in various areas, but it didn't bother us much as we were exhausted from traveling. The lack of a window was unusual, but not a big issue considering our fatigue. The staff was a mix of inexperienced individuals with limited English, yet friendly and always ready to assist. Despite being off the main road, the location offered a quiet setting ideal for relaxation, with the genocide museum as the main nearby attraction. The dining options were limited, with basic choices and no juice available, although the room service was efficient. The facilities were adequate, although far from perfect.
